Hello, I'm
Volkan Oransoy
IT Systems Juggler 🦄
Co-Founder at Hipcall & Bulutfon
Making servers, networks, and telecom systems dance together since 2003.
About Me
For over 20 years, I've been building, breaking, and fixing IT systems — from university campus networks to cloud-based telecommunications platforms. I thrive on making complex systems work seamlessly together.
As Co-Founder & CTO of Hipcall and Bulutfon, I'm building the future of telecommunications — horizontally scalable call center and communication systems powered by FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, and Elixir.
My journey started in academia, where I spent 14 years managing IT projects at universities. For the last decade+, I've been deep in the startup world, building telecom solutions that scale.
